Your data

Your data stays yours.

Your customer list, your domain, your Google profile and every lead are in your business's name. Here's what happens to what you share.

What I use it for

Only to run your setup. I don't sell your customer list, share it with other clients, or market to your customers.

Who owns it

You do. Your domain, your website, your Google profile and every lead are in your name. If you stop, I hand everything over.

Passwords

I never keep one. You add me as a user in your own accounts (on your Google profile, as a Manager, never the owner), and you can remove me anytime. Your private calendar address is treated like a password: it never goes in a log, an email or a chat, and resetting it on your side cuts off access at once.

Where it lives Draft

With the services that run it, each handling it only to do its part: Cloudflare (forms, hosting and storage), Twilio (texts and calls), Anthropic (the AI that drafts and answers), Google Workspace (email and files), PostGrid or Lob if you mail postcards, and the AI phone service behind the receptionist if you have one. I'll tell you before a new one handles your data.

Draft list. The final list is in your agreement.

Deleted when you leave Draft

Within 30 days after the service ends, your data and your customers' information are deleted automatically, without you asking. Want a copy? Ask before then and I'll send it first. What stays: billing records, and the bare opt-out list, so a STOP stays a STOP.

Ask me anytime what I hold about your business, or ask me to delete it.

Draft, final terms in your agreement.

Combined counts Draft

The draft agreement lets autoants combine figures from at least 5 businesses into counts that never identify you or any of your customers (for example, benchmarks), and sell those. Anything that identifies you or your customers is shared only if you opt in, in writing, deal by deal, with half of what it earns paid to you.

Draft, final terms in your agreement.

Patient information

We don't take it. Dental and medical offices wait until a HIPAA program is in place.

For what happens to what you send through this website's forms, see the privacy and texting terms.
