What it never does
What each assistant will never do.
Each assistant has one job. Here's the job, and the things it's built never to do.
You approve before any customer hears yes.
Nothing goes to your customers in a new form until you've approved the wording. When the receptionist takes a job, you text back to approve it before the customer hears yes.
Each assistant asks you before every send until you've approved two weeks of its drafts without changing a word. One change restarts the count for that kind of message.
The off switch is yours.
If anything looks wrong, turn off call forwarding yourself. I give you the code on day one and write it on your page. Then call me. You can change or pause any assistant at any time.
If one gets something wrong, I tell you first, in the weekly update, whether you noticed or not.
None of them:
- negotiates a price or gives out an address;
- spends money or opens accounts; tools run on your account and card;
- texts anyone who didn't contact you first or say yes.
