Is it really AI answering my customers?

Yes. It says it's an AI assistant at the start of every call, and that the call is recorded. It takes the job, the address and how urgent it is, and texts the request to you. It doesn't make promises on your behalf.

What if it gets something wrong?

Nothing gets confirmed to your customer without your OK: you reply yes with a time, or no. The first weeks run supervised, and every miss becomes a new rule so it doesn't happen twice.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. Your number stays the same. Calls you don't pick up forward to your assistant.

Do I own my website?

Yes. It's on your own domain and it's yours to keep, even if you stop paying for anything else.
