The terms, in plain words.
Draft. This page sums up the draft service agreement. Final terms are in your agreement.
No long contract. Draft
Monthly plans run month to month. Cancel anytime after the first 90 days; it takes effect at the end of the paid month. autoants can end the service with 30 days' notice.
The go-live promise. Draft
Live within 7 days of your go, or the $500 back. The 7 days start once you’ve said go and given the access on the setup page.
Paying. Draft
Setup fees are due when you say go. Monthly fees are billed in advance, the same day each month. You see the price in writing before anything is charged. Founding rates stay the same for as long as you keep the service.
Your approval. Draft
Nothing goes to your customers in a new form until you've approved the wording. When I ask you to approve something, reply within two business days. You can change or pause any assistant at any time.
Your data and your site. Draft
Your customer information and your website content belong to you, and you own your domain. If you leave, I hand over your site files. Details on your data.
Results. Draft
I do the work described and report the numbers honestly. I can't promise a specific number of calls, jobs, reviews or rankings.
Using your name. Draft
Your name, results or photos go in autoants' own marketing only with your OK on each piece. Testimonials only with your consent, in your own words, marked “founding client, reduced rate” if you're on one. Your business name may appear in a list of clients unless you say no.
Credit lines, optional. Draft
A tag or a small “made with autoants” line on your posts or videos only if you check it, never on your main photos, and off whenever you say.
Limits. Draft
autoants' total responsibility is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the problem. Neither side is responsible for the other's indirect or lost-profit losses.
Louisiana law. Draft
Louisiana law governs the agreement.
