Setup week

Seven days, and what you do.

For one assistant, the clock starts when you say go and give the access below. Here's the week, day by day.

Live within 7 days of your go, or the $500 back.

  1. Day 0

You say go. We book the setup call before I leave. If the assistant texts, I start your texting registration that day.

You: say go, and send the texting details and your written OK to text in your business's name.

  2. Day 1

The setup call. We go through your tools, you add me as a user in your own accounts while we're on the phone, and we name what goes live first.

    You: one call, 30–40 minutes.

  3. Days 2–4

I build the assistant from your facts and test it. You get every message it can send, in writing.

You: approve the wording within two business days.

  4. Days 5–7

Live. You turn on call forwarding with the code I give you, and you learn the code that turns it off. On day 7, a short check-in: what's live, what's waiting, and on whom.

You: turn on forwarding, and a 15-minute check-in call.

Your part, all in

The setup call (30–40 minutes), approving the wording, turning on forwarding, and the 15-minute check-in. After that it runs on its own, and the jobs come to your phone. Every Monday you get a short update.

Texting takes carrier approval

Carriers block business texts that aren't registered. Your business gets its own registration, filed the day you say yes. The carriers' review takes from a few days to about two weeks, and a texting assistant can't send until it clears.

What I'll ask you for

Bigger setups

The Office Manager follows the same week. The review ask goes live on day 1, and Text-Back starts once your texting registration clears.

The receptionist goes live after ten test calls and one call by you, on a weekday in business hours. Never on a Friday afternoon, and never right before a storm.
