What it connects to
It works next to what you already use.
You don't switch anything. This page lists only what's built, and says plainly what isn't.
Your phone
- Your number, by call forwarding BuiltYou keep your number, and customers keep calling it. Calls you don't answer forward to the assistant. Your number is never moved, and you can turn forwarding off yourself anytime.
- Twilio, in your business's name BuiltTexting and tracking numbers run on a Twilio sub-account registered to your business. The numbers and minutes are on your account.
Your calendar
- Google Calendar Built, read-onlyThe Scheduler reads your calendar's private address to offer open times. It never writes to your calendar; a booking comes to you as a draft invite. If the feed is down, it says “call for times.”
- Jobber Built, read-onlyThe same way, through Jobber's calendar-sync address, read directly.
- Housecall Pro Through GoogleHousecall Pro has no calendar feed we could find. Turn on its Google Calendar app, and the Scheduler reads that Google calendar.
- Outlook and Apple calendars Not tested yetAny published calendar address should work the same way. I'll test yours before relying on it.
Your job software
- Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks By exportReminders, the Tracker and the mailers read an export of your job list. A live connection to these isn't built yet, so I won't promise one.
- Follow Up Boss Built, not yet on a live accountFor real estate: each call to a listing line becomes a Property Inquiry in your Follow Up Boss, which routes it to the agent.
Everything else
- Google Business Profile BuiltYou add autoants as a Manager. Never owner, and never your password.
- Facebook and Instagram BuiltComment-to-Quote runs in ManyChat on your account and card.
- Postcards BuiltThe mailers send through PostGrid on your own account, only after you approve the batch.
Not built yet
- A live, two-way connection to Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or QuickBooks.
- Booking straight into your calendar. Today the Scheduler only reads it.
- Spanish-language calls and texts. If a good share of your callers speak Spanish, tell me and I'll check what it takes before you pay anything.
