Privacy & texting terms

When you use the contact form: your name, business name, phone number, type of business, what you're interested in, anything you write in the message box, whether you ticked the texting box, and the link that brought you to the site (for example, a door hanger or business card). We don't run ad trackers or sell visitor data.
Only to answer your request: to call, email or (if you said yes) text you about it, and to build the site preview or set up the call you asked for. We keep a copy of each request for up to 400 days, then it's deleted.
The services that handle it for us: Cloudflare (runs the form and stores the copy), Telegram (notifies me that a request came in) and, for text messages, a texting provider that delivers them. They process it only to provide that service.
Program: autoants texts about your request: replies to your questions, scheduling, and follow-ups on the preview or service you asked about.
Opt-in: only if you tick “Text me about this request” on our form or ask us to text you. Agreeing to texts is never required to use the form or buy anything.
Frequency: varies with your request; usually a few messages.
Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time and you'll get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone. The only sharing is with the providers above that deliver the messages.
When autoants runs assistants for a business (for example, texting back a missed call), that business decides who gets messages and keeps its own customer records. We handle that data only to run the service, never to market to those customers ourselves.
