Results: calls, booked jobs, dollars
One private page per client, updated every month. It shows the calls that came in, the jobs they turned into and what those jobs paid. Not clicks or impressions.
Sample Heating & Air, on Never miss a job since July
From a call to a paid job
Without the text back, those 20 callers got voicemail. We don't claim they'd all have been lost; we show what happened to the ones that got a text.
Month by month

|---|---|---|---|
| Missed calls texted back | 15 of 19 | 21 of 24 | 18 of 20 |

October was lower than September, and the page says so. A slow month shows as a slow month.
Where every job came from
All jobs this month, matched by the Tracker to the first call, text or form from that customer.
| Source | Calls | Jobs | Invoiced |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google profile | 31 | 5 | $4,180 |
| Local Services ads ($1,020 spent: $340 a job) | 18 | 3 | $2,640 |
| Website forms | 9 | 2 | $1,150 |
| Truck and yard signs | 6 | 1 | $480 |
| Source unknown | – | 2 | $1,300 |
“Source unknown” stays unknown. Nothing guesses a channel for a job it can't trace.
How each number is counted
- Calls and missed calls: your phone carrier's log.
- Texted back and replies: the Text-Back send log.
- Jobs booked: only the ones you confirm, line by line. A lead is never counted as a job.
- Dollars: your own invoices, matched to the job. Nothing estimated.
- Every number shows its source and the date it was read.
What it never does
Forecasts or projects a number, counts a job you didn't confirm, or shows a customer's name or phone number.
