How this range was worked out
The demo uses the first three questions of the sample table. The real widget also asks when the house was last leveled.
Book the inspection
Inspections are $150, credited to the job if you go ahead. (sample amount; the owner sets his own)
What it never does: Lets a model set the price or reads the price off the photo. The range comes only from the owner's table, it's always labeled an estimate confirmed on site, and anything outside the table goes to a visit instead of a guess.
