What it never does
Names a customer, or says 0 for something it doesn't track.

What it counts
Only what the Ants log: missed calls and whether they got a text, new leads, quotes still waiting, review asks. Anything it can't see says “not tracked”, so a quiet day never looks like a blind spot.
Where it stands: Built, in practice mode. It needs the texting number and your OK to get texts from it.
