Hiring Helper
It writes an honest job ad and a job page Google can show, collects short applications, and offers interview times. The owner makes every hiring decision.
The hard line: it never ranks, scores or filters applicants. Every application reaches the owner complete, in the order it arrived. The owner decides.
The ad, from a 20-minute intake call
- EPA Section 608 certification (Type II or Universal)
- A valid driver's license (you'll drive a company van; we check the driving record after a job offer)
- About 2 years of residential HVAC service work, or trade school plus 1 year
- NATE certification
- Heat pump and ductless mini-split experience
Wording check: clean
Before it's built, a wording check stops age words, gendered titles, health assumptions and pay-history questions, and flags record bans and lifting rules for the owner to decide. A real pay range is required. It's a wording check, not legal advice.
The job page on the owner's site
The page carries Google's job markup, so it can show up in Google's job search. The owner (or we, on his account) pastes the same ad on Indeed and Facebook.
The short apply form
No uploads, photos, videos or recordings. The form can't take them.
Mike reads them in the order they came in
No ranking, no scores, no hidden filter. Mike picks who to meet; the helper drafts three interview times from his open hours.
What it never does: Ranks, scores or filters applicants. Every application reaches the owner complete, in the order it arrived. No photos, videos or recordings, and no personality scoring.
Price: Not on the menu right now. We built it and keep it ready; if your shop needs it, ask and we’ll price it with you.
