Pick a time
This is the online booking you already pay for (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Jobber). The box only points to it.
The three things the box can say
- An open time
- “Next available: …”, the earliest time that fits your hours, travel and job buffers, read from your own calendar.
- Booked up
- “Booked up for the next 14 days. Call us.” when nothing is open (14 days is a setting).
- Can't read your calendar
- “Call for times” when the calendar link fails, goes stale or has something it can't read. It never guesses.
What it never does
Shows a time your crew won't honor, or guesses when it can't read your calendar. It only reads your calendar; it never writes to it.
